Common help topics

I paid with PayPal but my browser is not active.

Make sure the same installation/device is connected to your payment. If it still does not activate, send us your PayPal email and subscription reference.

I keep getting asked for a serial key.

This usually means your local activation was not saved or the install ID changed. Contact support and include your device details.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in your license email, or contact customer service and we will guide you.

Do admins need a serial key?

No. Admin access uses the admin activation flow and should not require normal serial entry after activation.
