Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not use the marketplace to:

• Break a law, regulation, court order or third-party right.
• Upload, transmit or link to malicious code, phishing, fraud or deceptive content.
• Attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation or service disruption.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror or bulk extract content without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation, certification or endorsement.
• Publish discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, sexually exploitative or otherwise unlawful material.
• Manipulate search relevance, submit duplicate listings or conceal a listing’s true identity.
• Collect personal information unlawfully or send unsolicited electronic communications.

Enforcement

Suspected misuse may result in rate limiting, blocking, evidence preservation, listing removal, referral to affected parties or authorities, and legal action. Measures will be proportionate to the risk and available facts.
