Purpose
This page is intended to assist a person who wishes to request access to a record held by BlitzBoom Marketplace in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), subject to the Act, regulations and any applicable exemptions.
Records that may be held
- Company and statutory records.
- Financial, accounting, tax and invoice records.
- Client contracts, quotations and project administration records.
- Personnel or contractor records where applicable.
- Policies, operational records and correspondence.
- Information technology, website and security administration records.
Records available without formal request
Public website policies, service information and other records voluntarily published on this website may be accessed without a PAIA request.
How to request a record
- Identify yourself and provide reliable contact details.
- Describe the record with enough detail for us to identify it.
- Explain the form in which access is requested.
- If requesting on behalf of another person, provide proof of authority.
- Send the request to the privacy/Information Officer contact listed below.
Fees and grounds for refusal
Any prescribed fees, response periods, extensions, third-party notices and grounds for refusing access are governed by PAIA and its regulations. Access is not automatic merely because a request is submitted.
Information Regulator guidance
Requesters should consult the Information Regulator's current PAIA guide, prescribed forms and fee schedule where a formal request is required.
Contact and privacy requests
Questions about these documents, personal information, access requests or complaints can be sent to our designated privacy contact.
