1. Marketplace role
BlitzBoom Marketplace provides advertising space and marketplace tools. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not the seller, supplier or provider of goods or services advertised by users.
2. Advertiser responsibility
Advertisers must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information and must have permission to use all names, images, trademarks and other content included in a listing.
3. Free advertisements
Free accounts are subject to the listing limit and advertising period shown on the platform. Free listings may expire automatically and may require a Premium upgrade to continue receiving marketplace exposure.
4. Premium advertising
Premium features, pricing, duration and listing limits are shown before purchase. Premium placement improves exposure but does not guarantee views, leads, sales or any particular search position.
5. Payments
Paid advertising is invoiced and may be processed through Yoco or another supported method. Premium access is activated only after payment is successfully confirmed by our payment system.
6. Listing moderation
We may approve, reject, suspend, expire or remove advertisements that breach these terms, applicable law, marketplace rules or reasonable safety standards.
7. Transactions between users
Buyers and advertisers are responsible for their own communications, inspections, agreements and transactions. Users should take reasonable precautions before paying or meeting another party.
8. Intellectual property
BlitzBoom Marketplace software, branding, source code, interface and platform content remain proprietary to BlitzBoom Marketplace. Advertisers retain responsibility for and rights to their own lawful listing content.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the marketplace available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and security events may temporarily affect access.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer and other legislation that may apply.
