Requests you can make

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you.
• Request access to personal information, subject to lawful limitations.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion or destruction where retention is no longer lawful or necessary.

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Raise a complaint about our handling of personal information.

What to include

Please provide your full name, the email address associated with your account or project, the nature of the request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Identity and security

We will not disclose account or project information merely because someone knows an email address. Reasonable verification may be requested to protect the data subject and other people whose information may appear in the same records.

Limitations

Some information cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required for tax, accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention, contractual records or other lawful purposes. Where appropriate, information may instead be restricted or archived.
